For NonProfits

“Robyn brought the know-how and the deep commitment to ensuring that our employment policies and operational practices were consistent with our values. She patiently held up the mirror, asked the right questions and helped us determine and document the kind of organization we want to be, from how we hire to how we value employees while they work here and after they leave. Robyn beautifully combines her understanding of the nonprofit sector with her knowledge of the changing legal landscape to help us practice the art and science of a premier organization.”  - Cathy Schreiber, Vice President, Finance & Development, the Women’s Foundation of California

As past Board President of the New Albion Brass Quintet and The Women’s Philharmonic, Robyn Bramhall has been involved in strategic planning, governance and fundraising. Having been involved from the beginning of these and other groups, Robyn also has experience in many other activities common in a nonprofit: staffing, grant-writing, volunteer management, marketing, and the “care and feeding” of artists, donors and staff. Robyn brings these skills and sensitivities, in addition to those developed in her work with engineers and scientists in the high-tech sector, to the nonprofit setting. While remaining available to you as an HR specialist, Robyn’s goal is to build your internal capacity to address “people issues” with confidence.

When you engage Robyn Bramhall to assist you in any capacity, she will begin by asking about your organization’s mission, goals and values. By looking at your HR issues from a values viewpoint, she can help you transcend legal compliance and create a workplace that allows each employee to thrive. During your no-cost initial consultation with Robyn, you’ll determine which functions or areas of your company need her professional touch, then choose the Products and Services and the most suitable Service Model for your needs.
